One of the things that I’ve been working on recently is the concept of what I call “thought loops.” Essentially, a thought loop is a thought error that tends to happen in our brain and is reminiscent of the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder but is something that we can easily control. In this episode, we take a deep dive into what these errors are, how they present themselves in our lives, and how we can overcome them. I als0 explain how these compulsive and irrational thought loops have shown up (and are still showing up) in my life.
